What to Expect When We Work Together

  1. Fill Out the Form, Then Let's Talk
    Share what you know so far. You'll hear back with next steps, and a Join the Club call is always on the table if you'd rather talk it through.

  2. Let's Get to Planning
    Depending on your package, I'll either send over the invoice for your planning fee or put together a hotel lookbook.

  3. Review Your Itinerary
    If you've chosen full itinerary planning, I'll send it over for your review. You'll get up to two rounds of revisions to make sure every detail feels right before we move forward.

  4. You're Booked
    Once everything's finalized, I get to work confirming every detail so all that's left for you to do is show up.

Ideal if you already know your destination, hotel, and dates, and just want the best part of working with an advisor: the VIP perks. This is for the traveler who likes planning their own trip but wants an elevated experience booking through me. Think complimentary upgrades (when available), early check in, extended check out, and hotel credits, all at no cost to you.

Please note: VIP Access is completely complimentary when your stay is booked through Benson Travel Club. If you book independently after I've done the research, a $75 fee applies to cover the time involved.

Planning a trip is a lot, let me take it off your plate. Two ways to work together:

VIP Essentials

For the traveler who wants the big stuff handled but likes filling in the details themselves. You'll get a full itinerary with hotels, transfers or rental cars, and activities booked, plus VIP perks at hotel partners.

$200 per week of travel

VIP ELITE

For the traveler who wants to show up and have it all done, transfers, activities, restaurant reservations, spa, golf, theatre, whatever makes the trip yours. VIP perks at hotel partners included.
